  • 200 grams of béchamel sauce

  • 4 ladles of sauce meat
  • 4 leaves of laurel.


Boil tortellini and cool them with cold water. Brown onions, peas, ham and mushrooms, add a ladle of warm water and cook for about 8 minutes. Add the tortellini boiled and cooled under cold water, sauce, cheese and tomato sauce and stir for a few minutes. Spread the pastry and put into stencils, add filled tortellini and close the stencil with a layer of pastry. Brown with the egg and bake for 16-18 min. to 180 ° C. Take off from the oven and serve.
