Boil pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it and season with the tomato sauce. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet, grease it with a drizzle of oil and place a 20 cm diameter (greased) pastry ring on top. Pour in the pasta, sprinkle with a handful of grated parmesan and finish with the buffalo mozzarella cut into slices. Bake under the grill for about 10 minutes and serve.
