  • Ingredients for 4: 500gram of mafaldelle 400 gram of telline
  • 20 green olives
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • a bunch of parsley
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • salt.

Preparation

Fry in oil garlic and tomatoes cut in half, add olives, telline and cook until you get the telline open. Boil the mafaldelle and skip all in a pan with the addition of cheese and chopped parsley
