In a large pot with salted water, cook the Spaghetti. Meanwhile, aside in a large skillet brown the crushed garlic in oil, as it starts to brown add 2 anchovy fillets and the anchovy oil and let cook until the fillets are dissolved. Then remove the garlic and add the bread, basil and parsley and cook for another minute. After that add a ladle of pasta cooking water and cook the sauce for other two minutes. Drain the Spaghetti al dente, add the sauce, parmesan cheese and whisk for a few minutes. Serve garnishing with anchovies and remaining chopped basil.
