Clean the broccoli, separating the top part and smaller leaves from the stems and from the larger leaves. In a large saucepan, cook (in the oil) the garlic and chili. When the garlic gets brown take it off and add the chopped broccoli. After a minute, add the clams, than cover and let cook for about 4-5 minutes. Apart, in salted water, cook the “orecchiette pasta”. Drain “al dente”. Add the pasta to the broccoli. Cream all and serve hot
