Agnolotti pasta with citrus fruit flavour

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 600 gr of Agnolotti
  • 1 lemon from Sorrento called “femminello”
  • onion
  • parsley
  • 60 gr of butter
  • 200 gr of cream


Boil the agnolotti pasta in salted water. In the meantime fry in a pan chopped onion with the butter and when it just begins to be brown add the juice of half lemon and cream. Turn off. Drain the agnolotti pasta and keep a little 'water for cooking. Skip all at high flame adding the parmesan cheese and a little' of grated lemon peel. Serve hot
