Agnolotti with walnut sauce

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 600 gr of handmade Agnolotti
  • 100 gr of bacon
  • 100 ml of cream
  • 10 walnut kernels
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 gr of butter
  • ½ glass of dry white wine
  • ¼ of onion
  • parmigiano reggiano
  • basil.


In a pan, brown  onion,  bacon and  kernels, minced in oil and butter, when the onion is browned, add the wine and let it evaporate, then add the cream and a ladle of cooking water, and complete cooking for another 2 minutes. Drain the agnolotti and mix all, adding cheese and basil. Serve hot.
