Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g of white
  • red and black Trofie pasta
  • 200 g of mixed seafood (boiled and peeled)
  • rocket
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 20gr margarine
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Brown the garlic in a large frying pan, with oil and margarine, put the tomatoes cut in half and then add seafood, the rocket and cook for 10 minutes, adding half a glass of water (took from the boiling pasta). Apart boil and then drain the Trofie pasta, then skip all in the pan with seafood, stir all adding parmesan cheese. Serve hot
