Fusilli caserecci

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Ingredients for 4: 600 grams of fresh homemade Fusilli Leonessa
  • 300 g of cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ onion
  • a bunch of basil
  • 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 200 grams of ricotta "fruscella"
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • salt


Chop the onion and brow it in oil adding cherry tomatoes cut in half, pepper and cook for about 12/15 minutes. Boil and then drain the fusilli, then mix with the sauce, ricotta, basil and cheese. Serve hot
