In a pan, brown the garlic and pepper in the oil, when the garlic is browned add the diced pumpkin and let it cook for a couple of minutes; then add two ladles of pasta cooking water, and complete cooking for another 10 minutes. Drain the al dente (al dente) eyes (about 12 minutes) and lastly cook the pasta together with the pumpkin for a couple of minutes. Add the provola cheese and the cheese over a light flame.
