  • 600 gram of fresh orecchiette pasta
  • 200 g of boiled chickpeas
  • 16 fasolari medium-sized
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley
  • hot pepper


Brown the garlic in oil and hot pepper, add the chickpeas boiled and fasolari and cook for about ten minutes. Boil the orecchiette. Skip all in the pan by adding chopped parsley
