Red and black tagliatelle with swordfish

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 600 g of noodles (or tagliatelle) chilli (red) and black cuttlefish
  • 300 gr of swordfish
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • ½ onion
  • 10 red cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley and a few leaves of mint


Brown garlic and onion in oil, when they both become light brown add swordfish cut into cubes and let brown for a few minutes, then wet with wine and let evaporate, and then add the tomatoes cut in half and cook for about 10 minutes. Boil the noodles, drain well and put all in the pan by adding the mint and parsley
