Clean mussels and boil them with a little water, shell the mussels and keep apart the filtered cooking water. Brown the crushed garlic in oil add the zucchini and cook then add the mussels, salt, pepper and a ladle of water that you kept apart from the cooked mussels and cook for a few minutes. Boil the pasta add to sauce and stir with the addition of parsley and cheese flakes. Serve hot.
