Paccheri with crab

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g of Paccheri Leonessa
  • 1 crab about 1 kg
  • fresh tomatoes
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 small glass of brandy
  • parsley


Split the crab and emptied the entire head, brown it in oil with a clove of garlic, wet with brandy and let evaporate, add 4 / 5 cherry tomatoes cut in half and parsley. Cook on high flame for about 12 minutes. Boil the pasta then drain and pour the sauce over. Serve hot.
