Paccheri pasta with cuttlefish, potatoes and pins

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g of paccheri pasta
  • 2 medium cuttlefish
  • 1 large potato cut into thin slices
  • 300 g of peas
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh tomato
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 dl of dry white wine


Brown the onion in oil add the carrot cut into washers and cuttlefish, add the wine and let evaporate add cherry tomatoes cut in half, cook for about 15 minutes. Apart boil the peas and add the salt, then blend them until you get a cream. Boil pasta in salted water. Put the cream in a large pan large, add cuttlefish, potatoes, grated cheese and skip all. Spread on the bottom of dish a layer of cream peas and place the paccheri in the center with all the other ingredients. Serve with flakes of ricotta cheese on the top.
