In a pan, put the vinegar, 100g of water, sugar and 10g of salt. As it begins to boil, add the onion thinly sliced and let cook for 5 minutes. Wash the zucchini, remove the central pulp, and cut into strips. In a pan brown the whole crushed garlic. When it gets brown, remove it and add the zucchini leaving them brown for a couple of minutes. Apart, in plenty of salted water, cook the pasta. Drain it “al dente”. Then cream all with cheese. Add salt if necessary. Serve adding the zucchini, onion and grated boiled eggs.
