Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g of fresh egg-Legane pasta
  • oil
  • garlic
  • 20 g of margarine
  • onion
  • parsley
  • 80 g borlotti beans (already boiled)
  • 100 g of fresh porcini mushrooms


Brown in a frying pan oil and margarine with the garlic and onion finely chopped, add the beans and sliced mushrooms, add the parsley. Cook pasta and skip all in a pan with a sprinkling of grated Parmesan
