Ingredients for 4 people

  • 600 g of fresh Troccoli pasta
  • 200 grams of shelled shrimp tails
  • 125 ml of cream
  • 200 g of beetroot
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small glass of vodka
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Brown the garlic in oil, then add the shrimps and cook them for 4 / 5 minutes on a lively fire, wet with the vodka and let evaporate, and then add the chopped beetroot and continue cooking for another three minutes. Apart boil the Troccoli pasta in salted water, drain and mix everything in the pan adding the cream and cheese. Serve hot
