Sacottini with cream, ham and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500gr of colored Saccottini Leonessa
  • 25 gram of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 porcini mushrooms medium-size
  • 60gr of ham (cut into cubes)
  • 200cl of cream
  • 1 / 4 onion
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • salt

Preparation

In a large frying pan brown the chopped onion in oil and butter, then add the mushrooms cut thin, ham and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cream diluted with a little 'fresh milk and finish cooking for another 3 / 4 minutes. Boil the saccottini pasta and mix everything adding the parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
