Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500gr of Calamarata pasta"
  • 800 g of small squid
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • oil 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ red pepper
  • a tuft of parsley
  • pecorino romano cheese
  • salt


Brown the minced garlic with hot chilli in oil, add the squid cleaned, chopped parsley and cook for about 6 / 8 minutes. Boil and then drain the pasta, add the sauce and stir all in the pan by adding grated pecorino Romano and serve
