Trofie with shrimps and asparagus

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g of fresh trofie pasta
  • 12 fresh asparagus (or frozen)
  • 20 small shrimps
  • onion
  • oil
  • 20 grams of margarine
  • 1 small glass of vodka
  • cream
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Brown the onion in oil and margarine, then add the shrimps and wet with vodka and add asparagus boiled previously, cook a moderate flame for 10 minutes. Boil the trofie in the water that you used to cook the asparagus, then drain and skip all together adding a little 'cream and grated Parmesan cheese
