Paccheri pasta with grapes and potatoes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g of paccheri pasta
  • 1 large potato cut into cubes
  • onion
  • 20 black grapes cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 grof cream
  • parmesan reggiano cheese


Brown onions and potatoes in oil for a few minutes, add the grapes and cook for two minutes more, add a ladle of water of cooking pasta and keep cooking for another two minutes. Drain the paccheri pasta and skip everything in a pan with the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot
