  • Ingredients for 4 people: 600 gram of fresh Trofie pasta
  • 400 gram of puntille (or small squid)
  • 12 fresh clams
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 red cherry tomatoes
  • Pecorino Romano cheese
  • chilli
  • parsley

Preparation

Brown in a large frying pan garlic and chilli peppers in oil, when the garlic starts to be light brown add the cherry tomatoes, cut into cubes, parsley, squids and clams, leave to cook on a high flame for about 5 minutes. Apart cook the trofie in abundant water, drain the pasta al dente and add to sauce mixing with a sprinkling of Pecorino Romano and serve hot
