Ingredients for 4 people

  • 130 gr di Gnocchetti sardi all’uovo Leonessa
  • 6 pomodorini ciliegino
  • 5-6 foglie di basilico fresco
  • 1 mozzarella di bufala Campana
  • 1/2 pomodoro secco
  • 1 confezione di gamberetti al naturale
  • 1 scatoletta piccola di tonno sott’olio

Preparation

I put the pasta to boil in plenty of salted water and in the meantime I prepared the ingredients that would accompany it ... I then simply cut the tomatoes into 4, coarsely chopped the basil with your hands, cut the mozzarella into strips, chopped the dried tomato , drained the prawns from the natural liquid and drained the oil. Once the pasta is drained I have combined all the ingredients together and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.
