Potato dumplings with seafood

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 Kg. Potato dumplings (gnocchi)
  • 8 sea truffles
  • 8 mussels
  • 8 fresh clams
  • basil
  • parsley
  • parmesan
  • garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pesto Genovese
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 2 tomatoes
  • chilli

Preparation

Pour olive oil into a large frying pan, garlic and seafood, put on a lively fire for 6 minutes, apart boil the potato dumplings, drain and add all in the pan with seafood and skip all together adding the pesto, cream and Parmesan cheese, cook for two minutes and serve
