Gnocchi stuffed with cod, olives and capers ragù Sauce

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 600g of “Leonessa” stuffed dumplings with cod
  • 150g of black olives
  • 200g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g of capers
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley and pepper


In a pan, brown the garlic in oil and then take it off. Add capers, hot pepper, diced tomatoes and cook for five minutes. After all, add the pitted olives and cook for another minute and add salt. Apart, in salted water, cook the dumplings for no more than a minute, drain them and serve them on olives and capers sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
