Fusilli casarecci with the smell of the sea

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 g of homemade fusilli
  • 1 kg of seafood mixed
  • 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic
  • chilli
  • parsley
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cherry tomatoes red


Fry garlic in oil and hot pepper, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and seafood, cook for 10 minutes in a covered pan. Boil pasta in salted water and skip everything for a few minutes in a pan by adding the cheese and finely chopped parsley. Serve hot.
