Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 gr of Pennette Leonessa
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 gr of smoked salmon
  • 40 gr of butter
  • parsley
  • ¼ of onion
  • vegetable broth
  • Parmigiano Reggiano


In a pan, brown the onion in oil and butter, add the diced avocado and two ladles of broth, cook (about twelve minutes), adding the necessary broth, until you get a cream. Boil the penne and mix all adding salmon, cheese and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
