Ditaloni pasta with pumpkin and sausages

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 grams of white and red Ditaloni pasta
  • 400 grams of pumpkin cut into cubes
  • 2 sausages
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • red pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • a punch of parsley
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • salt


Boil the sausages for about 8 minutes. Apart brown the garlic, chilli and pumpkin in oil, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, sausages cut into washers, the parsley and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Boil the pasta then drain and add to sauce and stir for a few minutes on a high flame, sprinkle with cheese. Serve
