Conchiglie pasta with swordfish and black olives

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 gr Conchiglie
  • about 300gr of swordfish
  • 200 gr of black olives
  • 400 of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • onion
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup of dry white wine
  • parsley
  • chilli


Brown the garlic, onion and chilli in oil, then add the swordfish cut into cubes and olives, keep cooking for a few minutes, then wet with wine and let evaporate, and then add the tomatoes and make cook for about 15 minutes. Boil and then drain the conchiglie pasta, add to sauce and stir all adding the parsley
