Trilli in Don Marco's way

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 gr of Vallesaccarda Triili pasta
  • a porcino mushroom
  • garlic
  • 1 potato
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • parsley
  • chilli
  • a sprig of rosemary


Brown the garlic in oil, add the mushrooms cut into slices, a bit of chilli and rosemary and cook for 3-4 minutes. Boil the Triilli pasta together with potato cut into slices in salted water, drain and mix them up with a good sprinkling of parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
