Squares lemon pasta served on a base of anchovies

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500g of Lemon Quadrotti Leonessa
  • 450g of fresh anchovies
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes
  • 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley
  • marjoram
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

In a pan, brown the crushed clove of garlic in oil. When it becomes brown, remove it. Then add diced tomatoes, anchovies filleted, chopped parsley, some marjoram leaves and a cup of water and let it cook , with the pan covered for 3 / 4 minutes. Salt to taste. Apart, in salted water, cook the pasta. Drain it. Serve the squares pasta on the sauce with anchovies and guarnish as showed in the photo.
