Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g of egg-butterflies pasta (farfalle)
  • oil
  • garlic
  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • 12 green olives
  • parsley
  • 500 g of fresh tellin

Preparation

Brown the garlic in oil, add the tomatoes, the Tellin, parsley and olives. Boil pasta and drain, then skip all for about 3 minutes and serve
