Fusilli integrali with green chillies and fresh sausage

Fusilli Confezione 250gr

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500g of whole wheat Fusilli "Fibrella" pasta
  • 400g fresh sausage
  • green chillies
  • 400g of "friggitelli"
  • 60 g of Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • chilli powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Prepare the "friggitelli" green chillies cream by frying in a pan half portion of "friggitelli" in 5tablespoons of oil, then add two tablespoons of boiling water and let cook for 5 minutes, then mix all together with the blender and add salt and pepper. Apart in a large pan fry in oil a clove of garlic, 4 "friggitelli" and when they are well browned, take them out and keep them aside for the final decoration. In the same oil cook the rest of the "friggitelli" cut into cubes, then add the peeled and crumbled sausage and cook for another 5 minutes, then add salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain and put it in the pan with the sauce. Serve the “frigitelli” cream on the plate, then add the pasta on the top and the whole “friggitelli”. Sprinkle with the powder chillies.
