Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 grams of dried mafaldelle
  • 200 g of boiled cannellini beans
  • 400 grams of mix seafood
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • finely sliced parsley
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Brown the garlic in oil, then add the boiled cannellini, the seedless tomatoes and seafood and cook for about 4 minutes on a living flame, add a ladle of water (took from the cooking pasta) and finish to cook for others 5 minutes. Boil and then drain the Mafaldelle pasta and skip it all, adding the parsley. Serve hot.
